What are the main benefits Semaphore gives you?

Parallelization is one of my absolute favorites. Our biggest projects spin up about 15 parallel workloads, giving us a really great test speed. Another feature that I’ve used a lot is the billing dashboard. With usage billing, it has been really nice to be able to always see what I pay for.

How has Semaphore improved your team’s productivity and efficiency?

The parallelization has truly been a game changer. We had test suites that used to run for over an hour and now they can complete in less than 10 minutes. This has significantly boosted productivity, allowing developers to receive results from a complete CI run in a much shorter time. Recently, we’ve started setting up more projects with CD. We initially thought our release flow was too simple to benefit from CD, but the ability to deploy without having to wait for the CI to turn green—simply letting the CD process handle it—has been incredibly beneficial.
